poLight ASA – signed MoU and received purchase order to make a prototype of a new version of TLens

Horten, 9 September 2020 - poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) today announced that the
company has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and received a purchase
order to develop a prototype of a new version of the TLens from an unnamed
camera module supplier. Depending on the result of the prototype and the party's
strategic consideration, the aim is to release a new version of the TLens having
a bigger aperture and hence fitting bigger sensor formats and new applications,
primarily for the smartphone market.

The purchase order is worth NOK 1,3 million.

with a customer having strong interest to launch new innovate solutions for the
