Tønsberg, 13 August 2026 – poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) (the “Company“) has received notice that the board member nominated by Q Technology (Group) Company Limited (“Q Tech“), Mr. Yung Pang (Louis) So, will resign from his position as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors due to the internal work arrangement adjustments of Q Tech.
Simultaneously, Q Tech has notified the Company of its decision to exercise its right to appoint Mr. Fan Fuqiang to the Company’s Board of Directors, in accordance with § 5 of the Company’s Articles of Association. The change to the Company’s Board of Directors takes effect immediately.
Mr. Fan is an Executive Director of Q Tech since 2020 and is primarily responsible for financial management, securities affairs and risk control functions. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Fan held various positions in Heyuan branch of the Bank of China and Shenzhen CK and Heyuan CK. Mr. Fan holds a Bachelor in Management of South China University of Technology.
